I’ve been working with people for several years helping them through their relationship challenges by creating an action plan. I work with couples or one on one. If you run and ignore what’s not working, it can potentially end your relationship. Communication is the key. You must be prepared as some relationships do not work. Sometimes we are better off being friends.

Some people will wait a long time to find that perfect person. Well, let me tell you this “there is no such thing as having a perfect match. Opposites do attract. It’s important to love yourself unconditionally or you could end up settling & be disappointed. Relationships are built on unconditional love, communication, trust, respect, and listening to your partner, which requires dedication and ongoing effort. It takes time getting to know each other to build a strong foundation. Both people must be ready or else it will not work. If you rush in quick, it can end just as fast. Is the honeymoon phase suddenly over?

Some people get triggered to express their feelings & hold back out of fear as they feel things could end. Do you feel as if you’re walking on eggshells? If you hold back and suppress your feelings nothing gets resolved. Trauma starts when we don’t feel seen or heard. There could be ancestral or inner child wounds that needs healing.

When you get triggered, your nervous system starts to freeze, you shut down and disconnect from your body. Trauma can stay stuck within and affects relationships. It’s important to pay attention to red flags. Start by looking back to your previous relationships to see what lessons you learnt.

It’s very important to heal from your last relationships to begin a new one, or else you bring unhealed emotions and baggage which will only cause more disappointments. When you have healed your power comes back. You can forgive someone to move on. However, it does not mean that you are saying what they did to you was ok.

Is your person a soul mate, twin flame or karmic relationship? Have you met someone and feel you know them some how?
